These terms govern your use of MigraMemo ("the app"). By installing or using MigraMemo you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
MigraMemo is a wellness and self-tracking tool. It records what you choose to log and shows that information back to you, alongside publicly available barometric pressure forecasts.
MigraMemo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, predict, treat, or prevent any condition. Pressure alerts describe what atmospheric pressure is forecast to do — they are not a prediction about your body or your health. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified clinician about your migraine treatment, and seek emergency care for sudden, severe, or unusual symptoms.
MigraMemo has no accounts and no servers. Everything you log is stored on your own device. You are responsible for your device backups; if you delete the app without a backup or an export, your data is gone and we cannot recover it, because we never had it. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
MigraMemo requires a subscription. MigraMemo Unlimited includes everything in the app: unlimited attack logging and history, pressure-drop alerts, medication response statistics, the cycle overlay, and PDF reports.
It is offered as an auto-renewing yearly subscription, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or an auto-renewing monthly subscription with no trial. There is no one-time purchase.
Your diary stays on your device whether or not you subscribe. Nothing you logged is deleted when a subscription ends, and while you're subscribed you can export your diary from Settings → Export data.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. MigraMemo cannot see, change, or cancel it for you.
- Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid yearly subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then, and any unused portion is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
- Prices are shown in your local storefront currency before you buy and may vary by region.
Refunds
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple and Google. Refunds are governed by their policies — Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com (opens Apple's site), Google through Google Play. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, or use it in any way that breaks the law or the terms of the store you installed it from.
Weather forecasts and pressure heads-ups are environmental information, not a prediction of migraine attacks. Apple Weather data may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable. The forecast displays Apple Weather attribution and a link to the legal notices for its data sources.
YOUR USE OF THIS REAL TIME WEATHER GUIDANCE APPLICATION OR WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WEATHER DATA MAY NOT BE ACCURATE.
These weather conditions supplement the applicable app-store license agreement, including Apple's Standard EULA on iPhone.
MigraMemo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Forecast data comes from Apple Weather through WeatherKit and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Alerts are scheduled on your device and may not be delivered — operating systems can defer or suppress background work and notifications. Do not rely on MigraMemo for anything time-critical or safety-critical. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; the date above will change and the current version will always be at this address. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
